Rebuild your old 2.0 T5 original engine.
It will save your money and nerves and it will run properly at the end.

Hello guys!
After corona break I am back on my car. About turbo... It didn't came and got canceled cause they don't have it :x. It is very hard to get any parts for this car. So for now I'm just going to change headgasket in current 2.5l engine so I can use the car again till I find all parts for 2.0 t5 engine

Hello guys I am back!
My volvo is still broken but it do not overheat anymore and the battery drain was fixed (it was fan relay or how is it called). But new problem... It won't start. I have spark because it starts with break cleaner. Fuel pump starts only sometimes and when it starts it don't want to idle for half a minute or so. Can it be false air mass sensor? Also fuel filter is very old. Maybe it is plugged and that´s why fuel pump won't start? But when I get it stared it goes. No power untill 4000 rpm. Got any ideas?
Clemens... I need turbo for my t5, intakes and exhaust. I have only engine.
Thanks for your time
