Cupcakus Asymmetrico
We made two bins of cupcakes. They were level in the oven. All of them did this, all the same direction......

Kansas has underground salt mines. Some of the old mined areas are now used for long term archive storage. I've never seen a salt processing plant before. I know salt doesn't just magically appear in the store, but I never really thought about how it's extracted from the water. I'm assuming a lot of boiling, and evaporation, which makes the most sense.

That is bizarre. I can't think of a rational reason they would all do this. (Strong!) Convection oven?
