What wheels fit my car?

2006 XC70 Ocean Race 17" wheels. I am looking to replace them, as they have corroded and are unrepairable. Two wheel finishing shops said that they 'could do it, but the corrosion might return...and...the wheels are so damaged from the corrosion that the finish-if it lasted- would be uneven and show the damaged metal underneath. THAT SAID...I have been looking around for replacements...Aside from the 17", I see other numbers to consider- IE: 5x108 was on one of the sellers descriptions. Aside from pulling a wheel off my car and hoping that I could even find the id numbers, does anyone know the specs that I am looking for when replacing my original OR 17" wheels? Thanks, Alan

5x108 is a requirement, full stop.

Do you intend to use your current tires?

If so, 17 inch is a requirement, as is the width spec to fit those tires, full stop.

I'd press the Easy Button and buy used wheels of the same design from someone on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist.

What is meant by Easy Button? What is the width of the XC OR wheel for comparison. I have looked at FB Marketplace and there are Volvo wheels, but not from my model or year. As said, the one set that looks promising says "17- 5x108 . Since the seller is from another state, I want to be assured of EXACT fit prior to purchase. And, yes...I will be using my current tires.

Assuming the wheels are Volvo originals, they have raised letters on the rear between the spokes. Yours will probably be 17 x 7.5 x 49

17" is diameter, 7.5" wide and 49mm offset. There is also usually the Volvo part number as well. As stated 108 x 5 wheel bolt spacing.

Not sure what tire size you are running but if you go to somewhere like TireRack.com they will have specs for you and options on sizing. The standard XC runs with 215/65/16 tires. So I will guess yours may be 215/55/17?

Alan..if Erie vovo in Utica has your wheels I could get them To you on the Albany to Long Island weekly fast train. I don’t come over by car every week but do on occasion.
