You can take it as a compliment, at least! But I hate to miss a discount…

Glad you grabbed those axles, any AWD axles are good to save. They’re not easy to find.

Have to say goodbye to an old friend tonight. There is small price in pain compared to 16.5 years of Joy….

She has travelled with me from VA to Chicago to Boston for the last 18 months. Best car dog ever!!

😥 That sucks man.
My sister lost one of “her” kittens a couple of weeks ago. It was sold to some girl in Norway. One day it snuck out, ran into traffic and got squashed. No more cat business with fkn Norway!

I finally got around to looking under my '98XC, and as you just mentioned, mine has yellow stripe Nivos - I was about to answer your question on the other thread.
The gaiter boot issue I recall we bounced back and forth some years ago; I dimmly recall ordering some from Tasca, and a few days later they sent the NLA news. Those same boots fit something on 240s?

Foggy, that was just about a year ago we were talking about the boots. They were used on all the RWD Volvos from 240 to 940/960.

I spoke to Volvo dealer a couple of days ago and they said they were on back order/special order and would be about 4 weeks. I am about to test that theory!

Welp, V70 is rod knocking again. Oil pressure issue or too much power for the rods is to be determined, but if a rod is bent it's H beam time :twisted:
