850 ECT Glitch

Post by xnRS »

My 1994 855 T5, for some reason, gives me fault code 1-2-3(Coolant temperature sensor faulty or gives wrong info)

BUT

Resistance between 1 and 2 wire - 5.6 KOhm or just between 0 and 20 degrees Celsius

Wiring to ECU is good, checked it with multimeter, voltage loss on them is around 0

Also after starting - no RPM on instrument cluster, and it shows ambient temperature - LO

Any ideas ?
