s60R engine to 99v70 OR transmission swap

I own a 1999 v70 GLT pretty much stock.
I have the chance to get a complete 2006 s60R with a bad manual transmission for cheap cheap. from my understanding this is a bt5254t4 engine of the RN engine family.

My v70 is FWD auto so I am assuming that using this transmission in the s60R is not a possibility, although im curious about possibly putting the v60R engine into the v70.
From my understanding they are both RN engines thus the motor mounts will line up, but what about wiring, I would have the original ECU to the s60r engine but would i be able to have it work with my auto tranny in either chassis

i assumed this was the case, so my best option would be to swap the s60R engine into my 99 v70

Two options that I see:
1) Don't buy the 2006 S60R.
2) Buy the 2006 S60R and find a used manual transmission for it.
