It is a construction of the 80's, floors, walls and ceiling in 10 mm concrete I guess. After that, the weight of an engine should be around 440 lbs max, so I think that if I do a chemical seal in addition to the drilling, it should hold. My goal is to become a humble but experienced mechanic. It goes though this job (actually, to me). I said in another post that i wanted to replace the damper pulley, Neil told me that if it worked correctly, it wasn't useful. Now i would like to have the satisfaction to repair my car by myself. I 've got tools, the car, the new parts, the workshop, enough solitude to have a clear mind to work. It will be helpful for my studies.

...and the light went on... On the financial side, i couldn't offer me more than these small lights. Some light on the roof would have been better, but is was my choice or the neon light, and not enough money to buy the cable...

10 cm BlackBart. +1 for the light. It's a beginning, a minor one, but a beginning : my first workshop. Next step, dress the walls, repatriate my tools, organize everything and then start to work. 20 years I've been waiting for this moment.

Not sure if you still get the screw in type bulb fittings in France. But what I have used here for more lighting are these:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B09HZ55CZT
They screw into a regular screw in bulb fitting. We have 110V electrical systems here for household use and I have just replaced one of these I installed about 2.5-3 years ago after one part failed. These type of fittings have mixed reviews from work great to dead out of the box to sections not working. So far I have been lucky I guess. The one that has a failed section is now more than enough lighting still for my basement storage room and lives on.
They are handy in that you can move the lighted sections to position lighting differently.
The prices over here have come way down and the outputs have gone up!
Neil.

Hey Neil,
Didn't you forget something in your post, picture by example ?
To me i consider myself as entering in a learning period. I've learn a certain number of things during my life, and use them now. I follow MVS since 2011 -2012, I've learn a lot of things here about 850s. It's time to give back what i have understood and face the reality .
Newbie, Manov ? Not for much longer, I hope.

Did you not get the link to the lights I was talking about? I can take a picture of them on later and post them for you to give an idea of how bright they are.

Very cool Manovlov ! A shop is great to have.
So are you planning on putting shelves on those cleats ? If so you will need vertical uprights ( bulkheads ) from the floor to carry the weight. Just the cleat alone won't do it. Personally I'd go with self standing shelving that you could move around and configure different ways as your projects need.
I'm not sure if you have the height to do a proper overhead hoist system. Usually they hang from a trolley that rides along an " I " beam so you can move things, not just up, but side to side. So lift the engine, roll it off to the side of the car, and lower the engine to its stand.
All of that takes up a bit of overhead and side space. I have that set-up, and it works great, but I have 102" ( 259cm ) clear, floor to ceiling.
I would think a break down hoist would work better in your space. And NO WAY would I ever trust an anchor alone in the ceiling for hoisting. Unless you can drill all the way through it, span the concrete on top with steel, and then bolt it through all of that.
Last thing - wear ear protection when working in that space. Your air compressor, impact driver etc will kill your hearing in short order inside that concrete space.
