Rough idle since I jump started volvo 850 estate.

While fitting electrics to my towbar I had left doors open and together with all the electrical testing and interior lights on for an hour, I finished to find a flat battery so a friend gave me a push and we started it with a jump.However that jump start has now resulted in an erratic tickover and drop in performance.Any ideas?

I would disconnect your battery for 20 minutes...see if it clears things up. Oh, make sure you have your radio code if you do this.
