Hi I have a p0400 cel light for egr and was searching to find out my car doesn't come with an egr? What could be causing this light? I just did my pvc and now the car passes the glove test. Thanks in advance

It is a generic code P0400. I believe you are correct it is a EGR code normally, but for this type of issue I would recommend getting is Vida scanned for more detail. From what I have read it could be bad wiring, split hoses, if you had a lot of rain recently something could have got wet electrically. Have you tried resetting the code and see if it comes back?

I don't have a vida, but a friend of mine has the tablet scanner and told me that there was some electrical issue with the evap system. I checked around and I found out that one connector won't seat properly and a bunch of zip ties later I finally got it to connect without getting loose again. So far no more lights. Thank you
