Anyone find a good US seat cover solution for worn out upholstery. ?

I assume you’re drivers seat is worn and split? It’s a pretty easy job to remove a skin at the junkyard and change it out, takes about 2 hours if you work slow and meticulously . What Color is that interior code? Passenger side skins work on both sides and typically get about 80% less use than driver’s side. I think I’ve got a thread on how to change them.

B980 is oak colour, same as my ‘03. There should be lots in the junkyard.

Sometimes you get lucky and find a good-conditioned seat at junk yard...
Best is to swap the whole seat rather than messing around with upholstery stuff...

PS: You may have to apply 12V current to move the seat. Junk yards have tons of batteries lying around
but they don't allow customers to do it, so you need to convince them to do it for you...

I bought one of those small jump packs. Need to try it to see if it will work in that application to enable me to test electrical stuff at the junkyards. Sometimes these things have a protection built in so may not work.
