V90cc wheels on XC70

Hello.
I have 2016xc70 with R18 Pan wheels.
I am currently have studded Hakkapelitas on them and don't particularly want to pay $120 twice a year for tire swap. At times there are good deals for "take offs" wheels tires and I was thinking to possibly buy R19 from v90cc or maybe r18 from xc40. Anyone tried those options? Photos would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I know that I will have to pay for 4 TPMS. Unless you have 4 prestine Leda wheels which you want to sell me, please don't give suggestion on financial aspects.
