DIY CEM Programmer based on Arduino

Post by crasbe »

Hey,

I found a Russian forum where someone created a programmer for the brick style CEM with the MC68376 and 29F400 flash:

I built the version based on the Arduino MEGA (which doesn't require the LCD) and can confirm that it works.
My russian skills are... limited..., which is why I translated the source code to English.
You can find the sources attached.

Happy hacking :)

I prefer to download random .zip files from allied sources.

Much of my time during the job is spent hauling things up and down the stairs to the basement or in and out of the storage shed, or running back downstairs when I realize I need something else,or taking a break from standing out in the sun,or using flashlights or work lamps when it gets dark.

You can run it through an online virus scanner like Virustotal if you are afraid I put anything in it that shouldn't be in there.
But since it's just source, text files and images with no executables, the chance of anything bad being in there is very slim. :)

It is all C++ source code inside, no executables.

The connections look very neat. It's great to be able to understand more technicalities while repairing circuits.
