my opinion of volvo/p80 seats

I came on here to post about my cloth interior and just found FireFox's post about the cloth door cards. Quite a coincidence. My first volvo was a base 01 v70. the leather seats werent that great. decent comfort. i traded that for a 98 xc. the leather seats were not as good as i thought they would be. they were softer than ones at the junkyard for sure. better than the 01 base v70 seats. of course ive had the 98 base s70 with the same leather seats. they were softer than the xc. and of course ive had the 96 960. those leather seats blow away any and all other leather seats ive sat in (which are countless). I really like having cloth door cards and armrest. Unique because most out there are leather. To be fair i have never sat in factory s/v70 cloth seats. But no seats, including the 960 leather, come close to providing the comfort of an 850 cloth seat. It is the epitome to me. I was rarely hugged as a child; the occasion would be fake or later on trying to 'fix' my broken human emotions. About a month or so ago, I shared a life event with my Granny. And then she offered a hug. Each time I get into my v70 to go someplace, its about 75% as good as a hug from my grandmother.
