I have a set ( 1500lb cap. ea. ) under my old full size Jeep pick-up. Easy enough to roll around, and then push back out of the way against the wall.
Look on CL. I see them there often.

I bought the cheapest ones from Harbor Freight several years ago. The first thing after getting them was to apply a thick layer of grease to the moving parts. After that I could move a light car (PV544 Volvo!) any direction with ease.

I've owned the car less than a week. Getting along well with it so far. Today was wash and wax day. Also I fixed a semi-loose glove box door.

The car hit the yard 2-3 days before I got to it but was completely intact when I got there :). Feel bad for the donor car, it is a 1998 S70 T5M https://www.lkqpickyourpart.com/invento ... volvo-s70/ (VIN YV1LS5344W2424579) so from what I can gather somewhat rare.
Sad to see another T5M off the road but glad to know its valuable transmission is in good hands. Aren't there all sorts of extra parts needed for the manual swap such as things to enable cruise control?

This reminds me: Why might one tire loose maybe 6 psi in a month (between monthly checks)? The local tire shop found no puncture but said they removed the tire and cleaned some corrosion from around the bead. Still, the tire has the very slow leak. I might have the wheel checked for damage at a different local shop. I watched them check another of my wheels for roundness on their machine. Made me confident that they have the right tool for the job.

I don't have all that much experience with aluminum rims, but it's my understanding that they often don't seal all that well. I think they tend to corrode where the tire seats. When I had my Saturn it had aluminum rims, and I noticed that the front right tire would loose air faster than the others. I never had it checked for problem as I was getting close to getting rid of it.

Tires also seem to wear on the beads. I had a fairly fast leak along the beads on a spare in one of my BMWs, which I found in multiple locations around the wheel. Replaced the tire, problem solved.
A couple heat cycles may have helped, who knows.

Was surprised to see the wheels on the car, other LKQ yards around me seem to remove them, probably more money in scrap value. To be honest I was so knackered at the end I just wanted to get out before the yard closes "siren" sounded :) As for the extra bits, I got all the switches with the pedal cluster so if there is more then I'll have to source to rest.

Are you doing a full internal swap or is it just a sagging roof lining or such?
