1997 Volvo 850 GLT Turbo lower radiator hose routing
Is it routed correctly? Or maybe it's suppose to go above the circled in blue?

Sorry for the delay. Don't have an 850 turbo kicking around to check so had to go look this up! Here is Robert DIY's video on the subject and looking at around 4.25 it shows after he fitted a new hose it runs under that small hose. Another picture on a different website showed the same.
