Hi every body in the process of putting a 19t on my 850 and also replacing exhaust manifold gaskets. I've got some Elwis gaskets with tin on one side and paper on the other. Just curious if the paper goes on the head face or the exhaust manifold face?
Cheers

The manifold heats up and expands/ contracts much more than the engine block.
This means it has to slide a bit on the gasket in between them
So, the metal part of the gasket touches the exhaust manifold, the paper side to the block!
Voila!
