What is this on a 2000 S70?
Clear plastic thing that mounts on the steering column with 3 torx screws. The mounts are all broken so it's just sitting in there. Anything to be concerned about?

If I remember correctly the clock spring on that handles the airbag and potentially the horn. A little dab of super glue or epoxy will do nicely on that. No reason to replace it if you haven't been getting airbag codes or noted a loss of other functionality.
