Vacuum when I take off the oil cap

I just got my Volvo V70 running again after almost 2 years of sitting. when I take off the oil cap while it is running it has a a major vacuum from there. I was wondering if this is normal and if not then what could be some possible causes.

Vacuum is good! That means the PCV system isn't clogged up.

My 2016 volvo xc 60 has suction when I take off the oil fill cap? Is this normal? I just replaced the pcv diaphragm and that stopped the whistle it had. I don’t know if suction is normal or not when the car is in idle.

Vacuum is good, if it was pressurized it risks pushing seals out.

Thank you! Just am nervous driving it far if it was not a normal thing to have suction.
