Agreed, it reads too much like ChatGPT. And I have used it a lot for personal inquiries and even the paid GPT4 version.

That being said, today I experienced a situation, where I was running on petrol mode, and attempted to accelerate by pressing the pedal, the RPMs started to climb but then just...stood at 2000 and didn't rise, despite the fact I was almost fully pressing the pedal(almost but not entirely, so at least 60-70%). So I let go and slammed it again, this time it started to accelerate more or less normally.

If it is the fuel pressure, I have a tester for this.

As for the difficult start when running CNG and possibly loss of power on that mode, I read it may be because of a faulty diaphragm, which means the distributor is leaking CNG in the intake manifold, choking the cylinders.

Besides that, I am still suspicious of the ETM.

UPDATE:
There is adequate fuel pressure to the rail. 45 PSI when the pump is priming and 55 was it or near 60 PSI when the car is running, so at least fuel wise, there is pressure to the rail. Of course it could be a clogged injector, the fuel rail was out of the car for 5 months or so.

So after measuring the fuel and was fine I sought to find a different culprit. So, I have noticed the following, the "issue", the power loss during normal acceleration seems to occur at 2000-2200 RPM. It's like some kind of dead zone, where the car wants to be in that RPM range and does not want the car to accelerate normally there, the power seems to start coming on after 2300RPM and real power after 3000RPM, but 2000-2200 is the range where I most often experience the power loss. The feeling is like when in a manual car you want to accelerate uphill on a high gear aka lugging the engine.

Can it be the VVT/Hub? It's the only thing I can think of that can affect the RPM range consistently. The other culprit I can think of is the automatic gearbox. My gearbox does not have smooth shifting, even after fluid changes it has never shifted well, but I've gotten used to it. Cause sometimes slamming the accelerator, the car starts to accelerate for a split second but then it's like it's about to die and then the power comes on back, I have never paid attention to the RPM gauge, but I think it's on that 2k RPM dead zone where I experience this.
