Ummm I dont remember making that last comment. It is true i went there and inspected the foglight setup while salvaging the amp stuff. I bought a new pair of incandescent bulbs on Amazon. Have to wait until next week when I get new IAC hose and PCV/intake hose installed. Removed fuel rail and swapped on a better set of injectors. I have a new oil dipstick tube (from parts purchase after that accident) with a brand new bottom seal. So I have those parts waiting to be installed as well. Unable to install anything until I get the new hoses in the mail. I feel that I must check the intake manifold for gas because it was acting funny like my xc was before gas hydrolocked it.

I want to make it clear. I want to express how blown my mind is. Also how excited I am.
SO here it is! I just got my front foglights working FINALLY. I am not saying Robert Spinner is wrong, but his video shows where to get the parts and thats that. The thing Im trying to figure out is that there must have been 2 methods OR 2 different 213 jumpers Volvo used to wire the foglights. I used the normal 213 jumper but it did not work. As soon as I installed the custom jumper erikv11 showed in sleddriver's thread here viewtopic.php?t=76988, the foglights worked. The difference of the custom vs 213 is the side pin location (213 is far left pin, custom far right pin).
Now I feel goofy realizing that I was puzzled and frustrated for the last 3-6mo over something I found on search in a matter of 2 minutes a little bit ago.
