communication with ECM

Hello,
The ABS, Traction, and Brake lights came on. Using OBD the massage was "wheel speed sensor". I replace that, but I could not erase the warning massages. The OBD gives me the massage" Communication Problem With ECM" I removed the ECM and cleaned the connections ( someone suggested online to remove any moisture in the ECM compartment). The OBD can communicate with TCM and read the other system info., but when I try to clear the dtcs ABS, Attraction,...I get the massage" Communication Problem With ECM". Any help. Thanks.

A follow up. My vehicle is 2002 V70 with 2.4( No Turbo)

that looks like a good enough scanner.
try it on a different car to verify its not the scanner.
try spraying some elec cleaner on the socket in the volvo. de-oxit is good , or crc.
I think the socket gets 12v feed from the cigarette lighter., check the fuse.

The OBD works fine on our other car. It does work on the volvo and read the info and dtcs in other system.
Do you mean to clean the obd port in the car?

I'd just drive it for a week and see if the fault goes away.
or find someone with vida and see if it can connect.
