My wife's 2003 S60 needs some coolant. It's so freekin hot now in Dallas that I don't think there's a leak. I was wondering what sort of antifreeze besides Volvo's is OK to use for topping off. It's a bit of a drive to the dealer. Sorry if this question is a repeat, but I couldn't find anything in this forum.
Thanks
2003 S60 2.4T Coolant 45K miles

I believe the consensus is ethylene glycol (green fluorescent stuff) without any phosphates. Zerix seems to be a popular brand but I'm sure there are others that fit the bill.
