V40 ABS and EBS warning lights

My ABS and EDS warning lights come on after travelling at 60mph for over two minutes. If I stay under 60 they do not come on. The dealer has cleaned the contacts and cheked out the system and cannot find a fault. Any Ideas on how to resolve this.
