Will these Volvo "Eurus" 7 x 16 wheels bolt right on?

They'll fit just fine. Just make sure you have the correct tire size on them.

Will these fit a 2004 XC70? They’re specifically called out as not fitting on the wheel site, but I don’t understand why!

Those should be the same 6.5" wide rims from my 07 S60 2.5T with 205/55/16 tires. If the specs on the web are correct whether you have 16 or 17 rims it will fit as the spec in green are all the same. The difference is in the offset and it's 1/2" narrower than the XC70 7" wide rims which should not make a difference as long as you keep it at 215 and not 225 due to the 6.5" rim width.

The P80 have the same green specs also so I can confirm they do fit.
