2004 volvo s60 2.4 "try slow down or shift up"

Vehicle throw a message slow down or shift up engine light blinks then goes away.
car does drives normal, no performance issues.
all coils and plugs replaced as i did read this could be an issue.

any suggestions thank you.

What codes are you getting?

If you don’t have a scanner iCarSoft one for Volvo can be had on Amazon for $150.

P0300 multiple misfire. these coils and spark plugs have been replaced twice.-
