All,
Events both good and bad have brought me to this: I'm parting out my 860R project. You know how it goes: Life gets in the way of your ambitions, and sometimes in moving ahead, you have to cut things loose.
So here we are. The 1995 854 Turbo I was installing an S60R engine and a manual conversion in are getting parted out. Here's the build thread:

My life is now such that I don't have any more room in it for this car, but I know SOMEBODY does. I'll be posting updates with various parts for sale but for now, here's the actual vehicle.
The body's straight, but with a few minor dents and scuffs. The car suffered a minor rear-ending several years ago that folded the spare tire well slightly. I have a clean title, in my name. It's missing the passenger side rocker panel. Both of the filler panels between the headlights and bumper are broken beyond repair, so I scrapped them. The entire dashboard structure is gone, as it basically shattered when I removed it from the car. Not gonna lie, the front seats are nasty, but the entire back of the passenger compartment is in excellent shape. I still have the dash VIN plate - the VIN is YV1LS5711S1220046. It has the 16" Columba wheels, with a 302MM front brake conversion detailed here:

It's been out in the weather for about a year and a half, so it's scungy. Sunroof's been a bit leaky since I bought the car, so I never opened it. I pulled the mirrors, gas door, head & tail lights to sell them, but I'll include them in the purchase. Otherwise, they're for sale separately. All headlight and taillight lenses are intact and not discolored. The mirrors are intact and functional.
Steering works. Handbrake works. Brakes work. Oh, and for those of you that read the engine thread, that reclocking of the power steering reservoir outlet nipple I did to clear the intake - faceplanted. Sheared off like it wasn't even attached. Oh well.
$500 OBO for the car. If you want any of the body parts like lights or trim, PM me.
I've got a bunch of other stuff coming in later posts: A B5254T4 (2004 S60R) engine, a B52345T (1995 850 Turbo) engine, an M56 5-speed transaxle with the shift cables, all the blower ducting for the B5234T, ECUs, wiring harnesses, etc.

I'm in Raleigh. This is interesting. I have a '95 850 with the same interior but front seat is much worse and I could use all the door panels.
It just lists as "VA" in your post. What is your city? If close-ish I may take the entire car if I can tow on a uhaul. Not sure how that would work but I might give it a shot.
Also, is that a Maverick in the background?
I waited over a year for my Area 51 XLT I purchased in Sept 2023.

You can use a come-along pull / load the car if using a full bed trailer. If you haul it to Raleigh I can use the 16" wheels. Some cash plus a set of 15" wheel so the car is not on the ground. The P80 15" from my 00 S70 won't fit the 03 S80 T6 due to the calipers. Would like to remove the 17" Interceptor wheels before sending the S80 to the yard.
.
Blessings,

wheelsup,
Good afternoon.
I'm in the Northern Neck area of Virginia, about an hour north of Newport News. The $500 price includes the car and all the parts shown in the pictures. As I mentioned, I have a clean title for it. I take cash. PM me.
I think you'd be better off using one of the U-Haul car trailers, rather than a tow dolly, because of the way the front wheel bearings work. There are no axles in the car right now, but I have the outer CV joints in the hubs to stabilize them so it can be pushed around just fine.
If you're interested, I have other parts from this car for sale as well. Just haven't posted them. yet. Let me know what you're looking for, I might have it.
And yes, that's a '23 Maverick. Really nice little truck. Conceptually like somebody turned a station wagon into a crew-cab pickup - which they basically DID; it's a Focus platform. Great if you only need to move a washing machine or a yard of mulch.

All,
This car isn't for sale anymore.
I have to get rid of it NOW, plus I don't have time to spend the next year sorting & pricing parts, dealing with tire kickers or running around mailing stuff. Unfortunately, it's getting sold by the pound at this point.
