AWD Not Working

Post by J1ames »

I have a 04 s60r and the awd isn't working. I did have a BCM-0094 (Communication between control units Communication problems with DEM) which I cleared through Vida and hasn't come back. Im able to communicate with the DEM and can see live data but awd still isn't working. There aren't any other codes related to the DEM or awd system. The prop shaft is spinning so I don't think its the collar sleeve. Any ideas what could be wrong? Is there any way to test the pump/ haldex system through Vida?

The pump runs continuous, if prop shaft is turning the clutch plates only have to clamp together to transfer power to the rear wheels.
Thats how it reacts so quick.

is the pump running, use a stethoscope.
theres a fuse in the rear fuse bank for the pump.
