2008 S80 Power Steering Pump noise

I recently replaced the power steering pump and filled/bled it with the proper fluid. It is still making noise. It sounds like the noise is coming from behind the pulley, where a spring loaded pulley (?) is behind it. This thing has 2 alignment pins that the power steering pulley lines up with. What is this thing and why can't I find one online?

The reservoir has a built in filter in the bottom.

Did you replace the reservoir?
