p/s pressure line NLA

Post by Clemens »

Shoot! 850 high pressure line 9191271 seems to be NLA globally. What options do we have?

a) Aftermarket part
b) try to find someone to press a new hydraulic hose onto the hardlines
c) try to mount a hardline instead of the hise, but if I remeber correctly the flaring has never worked for anyone.

What do youbthink, fellow Volvonerds?

That should not be a problem since there are plenty construction hydraulic machines services who can replace and press in a new hose on old connections/hard lines.

Also if needed...they can make and replace old hardlines.

Save the end connection and swage in NiCopp to fit. They were available about a year ago as I did one on Grunhilde

If you need the entire line,
aftermarket is certainly out there.
You can start with eBay as a baseline.

I have one in my parts car, but after sitting for 6 years, I doubt they'd hold up for a long time.

As for now, I'll keep the slowly dripping line in there, it just doesn't look like fun.
