I don't even have a clue - could be! High on the Beartooth Highway plateau, on the switchbacks on the Yellowstone side.

Left it there for the summer?
Doing some early summer drift cleanup on dirt access roads?
Forgot where they left it?

It's an interesting situation up there - you have Montana, Wyoming, and Yellowstone Park all overlapping. The Park contracts with Wyoming to open that road. So the Montana blowers and Wyoming blowers meet up not at the pass, but at the border, or a convenient spot to turn around.
