Re: SKF front hub bearings - No hardware included

Post by scot850 »

I just bought a pair of front hubs for the V70R. I could not see on Rock Auto's website if the mounting bolts or axle bolt were included.

I checked the part number and with SKF and both say 5 bolts are included (but not the details) on the part number of the item.

So I ordered them and naturally they arrive with no hardware in either box!! So not a good deal which I should have expected! :o

I have raised the issue with Rock Auto who basically say return them or they will contact the supplier to replace the hardware.

I can't wait for that process to never happen (sorry to be cynical) so will order them from Volvo at their stupid prices.

Neil.
