Nope, 2020 parts sucks ! TRW brand, both side delaminated

Replaced with 1998 parts I had on the spare rear axle
I been using Brembos and they not had this kind of issue (and i am not any light user of handbrake).. feels bad see these to happen :|

After sitting engine stalls and feels not run fine so i measured with sacrificial tire pressure measurement only 1 bar of fuel pressure so i ordered new fuel filter.. then i took out fuel pump relay and yeah its crusty solders.

My Volvo? Nothing, but I did meet up with Robert Spinner! He was in the area and brought me some parts. Unfortunately, he was also getting a flat tire fixed.

Absolutely. And replace the old capacitor. There is nothing else to go wrong really else than contacts.

Yesterday and today, my city street department laid new asphalt on my dead end street. This is a good thing since I think the original base was laid in 1980's and had a few pot holes filled since then.
Bad thing is I had to drive Volvo through the emulsion they sprayed on the old surface. A couple trips with the 2001 V70 and a couple more with the 1987 245. Some sticky goo on the tires and some kicked up on the wheel wells.

I finally got the left control arm on. Roughly 26 days on jack stands from when I started trying to replace the struts and control arms. :? I think I can get the other side done this weekend in a few hours with all that I have learned.
