The ECM was faulty. If there was any short like mine this also affects the 5th injector and you don't want that. The signals for the 5th injector and VVT become sort of mixed or the current is reduced to the injector and it will inject fuel when it shouldn't or too late.

My problem was caused by a short in the electrical installation. At the age our P2 Volvos are, the installation itself is rock hard and starts to crack. You may need to trace ALL the cables from the breakout box of the ECM back to the top of the engine to find the short. Anything that looks suspicious. A small crack or a large one will need to be isolated.

Hey guys I am back with some results.
It was a long journey but i finaly found out that my ECM was faulty at a few point but strangly i just got the ECM 644A. Luckily i had a company here in Austria and they could fix the broken ECM for a proud amount of Euros € . But at least they are pros and now i have a fully repaired ECM with 2 years of warranty! So watch out dear Volvo heads the ME7 can have some problems. When u struggle with check engine indicator and everything is new it can be the ECM.If u cant find a shop to repair hit me i can help u ! Peace guys!
