frozen infotainment screen - volvo xc60 - 2011

i have this 2011 volvo xc 60 and the touch on the infotainment screen dose not work i tried reinstalling the maps on it but that did not work as soon as i plug the usb stick in it says on the smaller display that the usb is unrecognisable.
everything works fine , the radio , the climate controll all, but its just stuck in this screen.
any ideeas how to fix this? because i dont really want to get a aftermarket one
