Mine exploded on a parking lot. Cracked right in the middle.

I just checked eBay, there should be a few Behr HCs available for about $100-$110 or so...

This may be a silly question - can the core (tiny radiator) be rebuilt or re-cored by a radiator shop? I've done that on old (like 60's) cars, but I don't know on one of these modern units.

My guess is that given the amount of plastic in the construction that a radiator shop would say forget rebuilding it. If it was all metal then maybe that would be a different story.

It’s the metal to plastic interface that fails in both the cores and the radiators. With respect to anyone from Eastern Europe , they are not repairable
