Manchester, NH has an Ocean Race 2006 XC70 for sale on 10/21/23. Looks decent if the seats can be cleaned up. Even if it won't drive, I wonder if people would want the body panels in that rare paint color.

A junkyard near me got an Ocean Race recently. An employee took the dash number and it was crushed within a few hours of arrival. He said it was rather beat, "lived a hard life."

Did you notice the Polestar badge on the tailgate on the RHS? Polestar do/did make a software upgrade for the P2's.

Back up sensors need cleaned/replace likely the cause of the Park Assist Service Required message. Not a big issue. They seem to suggest it will run with a boost.

It would still look great sitting in my garage (without tag or insurance).

Still sitting at scrapper price. This is the first time I have ever seen the word "proximal" used on any auction notation at Capital.

On the XC70 Ocean race, I would be more concerned about the 'Sworn seats' as opposed to the Proximal to the logo.

I wonder if the Polestar badge is real or for posing? If it is real, it was an expensive 'tune' from Volvo. Added about 29 bhp, and 33 ft/lb of the torques. Lifted power to 237 bhp and 273 ft/lbs of torque. Decent increases and factory supported.

I know posting about buying from Capital is "fantasy land", but why not dream a little.

So, who's going to buy this lovely 2004 C70 with 79k miles? Looks like it just got an exterior and engine bay detail. Check out those jewel headlights and interesting wheels.

Too bad it's in Philly, not near me in NH. That makes it a little easier for me to not want it.

If one of those was free, would it be worth swapping in an LS V8....and a wiring harness??
