I don't know half of these, but I did at some point so let's see...

Someone correct me. These are educated guesses arrived at by reaching into the decades-old dusty attic that is my memory.
Everything but the early Barracuda, Duster, and Dart would have a 383, 426, or 440. Dusters and Darts were a lighter body and never got the Big engines, except for the fantastically rare, very valuable Dart with 426 that was a dealer ordered dragster. The windows didn't even have mechanisms to roll them down, that was a pull strap. IIRC the windows were plexiglass to save weight, and often broke on hard launches because of body twist. I think they didn't even get painted? Primer? Whatever. All you had to do was walk into a dealer and check the checkbox to get one.
If I'm not mistaken this was the fastest American car you could get from a dealer.

Yep. I showed my dad an ad for a very affordable local ‘69 Mustang 429 Cobra Jet. He just said Nope.

Those light body Mopar twins Duster/Dart with the 340 got the fantastic tail stripes on the back, just awesome.
Correction, I think what I labeled the '72 Barracuda was just "Cuda". Even the font they used was cool. American muscle is a fantastic design genre, every bit as good as say WWII fighter planes, and I'll die on that hill. Come at me bro.
My buddy in 1989 had a '71-ish Mach 1 (429?), but it was a dog. I don't know what was wrong with it, but my grandfather's '71 Dart/318 was faster. The Mach 1 probably needed a Stage 0. We were car lovers, but didn't know much about how they worked.
When I'm retired I'll require a daily, a Volvo 780 Turbo, and a Mopar anything muscle car.
I want to be, as Mick Jagger sang, "a man of wealth and taste." Even one of the two would be a W in my book. But as the US Air Force says, "Aim High." (apologies to Foggydog)
