Security Code will not work Topic is solved

Hello All.... I was cleaning the battery terminals on my girlfriend's 88 740 Turbo. I hooked up the cables and she input the security code for the stereo and it would not work. This is the first time the code has not worked after the battery was disconnected.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

did you press "aut"after punching in the code?

I fixed it..... I left the battery cables off for 30 minutes. It seems to work like others and reset itself.
