Exhaust Downpipe Remvoal for 2010 C70 2.0D

Afternoon All,

Have been informed that there is a hole in the flex joint of my downpipe. I aim to remove it so I can get a replacement flex and then have it welded in.

Question is: how does one go about this? The information in the Haynes "online manual" is next to useless. Searching for information on youtube only yields results for people who have swapped their downpipes without saying how, or the demonstration does not line up with my car (for instance, a video performing a decat on a 5 cylinder v50).

Does anyone have any guidance to go about this?
