Ah excellent, thanks BB. I think I need https://e-tplastics.com/products/clear-p95/ and DIY cut. Do you think a utility blade and metal ruler will cut 1/8th inch? Or at least score it then manual crack.

I don't know that. A power saw blade might melt it instead of cut.

I have cut plastic sheet with a saber saw. You need very fine blade (like metal cutting) and very low speed. You may have to stop and cool the blade.
Clamping to thin waste plywood will help support the floppy plastic.

This is not a project report, but I thought this might be helpful to some.
Oklahoma has a lot of ticks - the creepy, little, blood sucking kind. I live in a partially wooded area that has many wild animals that seem to spread ticks everywhere, including my yard.

My defense strategies are:

Preparation:
Wear long pants.
Wear high top white socks.
Tuck your shirt into your pants.
Fold over the pant cuffs close to legs and pull the socks over the pant legs.
If socks are long, bunch the sock tops to make traps for any ticks crawling up.
If heavy tick season, spray high DEET content repellent on boots or socks.
Check socks and pant legs often if in tall grass.

Inspection:
It is important to inspect and remove any ticks BEFORE they are carried into your house. This can be done in the garage.
Inspect the socks for any visible ticks and kill them.
Remove your shoes and inspect the shoes.
Fold the top of the socks down off the pants and over the top of your feet with the inside out.
Remove pants and carefully inspect pant legs for ticks. They should only be outside because the pants were in the socks. Kill any buggers you find.
Remove your socks and inspect the inside area you folded down over the outside. This area should be clear, but take a look.
Turn each sock so the outside is shown and carefully inspect all over. Again. kill all the vermin.
Remove and inspect your shirt. Any ticks should be on the outside if they crawled up your pants. If unsure, inspect inside and outside the shirt.
Enter the house in your underwear and find a mirror to inspect your entire body. Use a small flash light for the hard to see areas. Inspect the inside and outside of underwear.

This process lets me sleep better at night and almost eliminated the ticks attaching to me.

That wont score and crack nicely. Fine blade, slow cutting, water cooling

You can use a Nalgene squeeze bottle for a cooling stream

I’ve been doing a lot of sanding taping priming painting on two new exterior doors we had installed. Kind of glad I didn’t try that myself - my old boat of a house is not square nor plum everywhere and there was a ton of shaving and cutting and fancy tools. I’d say those doors were on and off the hinges 10 times.

Were these new doors prehung in new frames? Or custom fit to old frames. Door install can be tricky.

I am about to order two cubes of bricks for more house brick repair. One cube might be enough, but 2 is expected to be the same delivery cost. Will be delivered directly to my house.

No, just slabs re-hung. Courtyard posts have big glass and are all custom-built so taking it all apart would be a disaster.
