Had to do a quick thanks that I wasn't driving when a cockroach popped out onto the steering column cover.

Ran for some bug spray and noticed it appeared on the windshield in under 15 seconds. Tonight's little incident plus some unfortunate apparent rodent damage on my steering wheel makes me think I have some sort of easy access hole in the firewall somewhere around the steering column. Are there any known issues for this area?

Lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks during 25 radiation and low dose chemo pill treatment. Was in ER Tuesday for pain. Still have full chemo and surgery but am so weak not sure when I'll ever get to it let alone next phase of treatments? Needs left rear axle / trailing arm and maybe left front control arm also. Heavy positive camber rear and slight front. Needs two rims also. Would love to see it back on the road for myself or someone else to enjoy! Except for rear quarter rest of body is good.
.
Blessings,

BKM

Hair spray causes the roach to really slow down and easier to catch. Easier to clean up and smells much better than long lasting odor petrol-chemical bug sprays.

Sorry to hear you going though all that. Hope you’re
able to see the car back in the road yourself soon and let that five cilinder roar till contention.

I've used the Stabilus brand in other applications, and am happy with them so far.

Drove it into the garage the other day to replace the radiator, finished that up about a half an hour ago, crank it all I want. Nothing, Don’t believe I’m getting any spark.

I hear the fuel pump kicking on all the fuses are good. Sprayed ether down the intake tube coming off the airbox, not even a sputter.

Well, the exhaust has now properly come apart. The car is now a lot louder than it was a week ago and drones pretty bad on the highway. I gotta get under the car and see what else has gone wrong other than the rearmost hanger rusting off. Seems like 180k is the sweet spot where everything starts to fall apart...

In other news, I just got a brand new set of winter tires mounted yesterday on the old 15" Antlia rims my car came with. I have also discovered that my car is still eating the front tires. Appears that the tires I put on my Perfo's at the front lost maybe 1/4 to half the tread in just 5 months. I need to get those new steering rack boots put on and get an alignment ASAP it seems.
