Fyi. After messing with the settings to get the door in the right place I then disconnected all the actuator doors only passenger side.easy enough. Now have cabin heating . I'll leave it like this til spring/ summer

Hello everybody. I thought I'd fixed the heate issue but I have not. I tried swapping out the CCM. That didn't work either. When I bought this car it had a faulty instrument cluster that would go on and off so I swapped it with my V70. I think this could be the reason for my lack of a heater. With the blower off I can feel hot air coming through the vent. When I turn it up to one it's ok but as soon as I turn it up to two and beyond the air turns cold or warm at best. Can anyone give me any insight on what I should do?

I'd check and replace:
- Thermostat Wahler is OEM, but I have used Facet brand (,made in Italy) w/o any issues. Facet is much cheaper.
- Heater core may be blocked.

So the more air you blow across the core, the colder it is. I think CN90 may be on to something with the idea of a partially plugged-up core. At this point I think I would disconnect the heater hoses at the front side of the firewall (twist disconnect) and shoot water through the core with a garden hose. Run the water through in both directions, alternating several times, and see what comes out.
Don’t hold the garden hose TOO tightly against the firewall connectors as your houses water pressure may exceed what the heater core can handle.

grab or shoot the hoses with a temp gun, they should both be hot, one hotter than the other if theres flow.
