Pentosin EHF / Pentofluid EHF

I bought this and turkey bastered a few reservoir fulls of this stuff. It appears it meets Volvo spec, and it runs $10-$13 a bottle, and evidently is a match with CHF steering rack fluid. Has anyone else tried this? It appears to be made by the same manufacturer, and seems to be quality stuff. Thoughts?

Google A.I. says CHF 202 is synthetic, and the EHF is standard PS fluid (not synthetic).

I think chf202 and chf11s(or something like that) were OE options. On quick search EHF came back at $21 and CHF202 at $25-30.
Based on specs, it meets criteria, so doubt any harm would be done. Plus any(petroleum based or synthetic) appropriate new fluid will likely outperform old one. I personally bought chf202 for my 01. And all P3 got oem

They make it too complicated. It is basically ATF.

Volvo have now gone to CHF 202 for all Pentosin cars.

Just remember if you have an early P80 ATF is the only oil to use. Do NOT mix the 2 types of fluid!

My understanding is that if you live in a very cold climate that you’re (supposedly) less likely to have stiff steering issues with the Pentosin than with ATF.
