I've got leather seats in my 850, and my Cadillac CTS, and I'm sort of looking at a XC70 that has horrible seats, so I'm doing a little research on leather seat repair.
This video shows an amazing restoration on a BMW, and also another brand of products for minor repairs.

That looks really good. I’ve always wondered about dyes on seats and whether it sticks.
My PO on the XC wagon said she had the seats recovered. As they age, I see she just did the center sections on the fronts. Now it’s turning hard and stiff and the panel stitching is coming undone.
Hey, maybe I could use this stuff and get an Atacama interior! Minus the contrast stitching.
