Hi folks,
New here but old in the Volvo Game.
Have a few nice ones.
S60 2,4 140 2006
S60 2,5T AWD 2001
V70 2,5T 2004/5

1 thing fixed 2 new ones.

Lets start with 2 things. Or let say the latest one that gave me the biggest concern

I added a space inbetween : and / just delete the space so you can se the video. i dont know why it embedds it automaticly.

The second one is after i changed the
VVT exaus
Oilpan sucksing pipe
Oilclan cleaning
Sensors
Oilgaskets on both vvt
Timingbelt and the whole 9 years i still have a läckage slow dripping from somewhere but there is no oil on the timingbelt. But in the garage i can se oil on the floor.
I really dont know where the source is. Soo bloody strange.

And after the overhaul i got this issues. That no of the coils are sending signals to 2,3,4 and 5 its impossible. The engine runs well after all.

On the oil leak, I can’t tell anything from the video, looks dry in that area. Park the car on ramps in the garage with cardboard underneath….then chase the source.

I’ve had success with leaks with AT-205, not sure if it is available outside the USA. It’s a transmission leak stopper but works well in engines. I would also read each high mileage oils good at seal conditioning. Here in USA Valvoline High Mileage is known to help oil leaks.

As for electrical, I’m not your guy.

For the misfire codes, it is very common for the ECM to incorrectly "guess" which cylinder is misfiring. Clear all the codes and see which ones come back. Maybe non of them willl, maybe all will. But start from there.

I did it with vida a few times they are coming back.
So i have a check engine light on but there is no missfire the car goes perfect.

I didnt mention that the sound from the gearbox is when the car is up in the air in N an am just turning the wheel by hand with engine off.

Did you change anything about the knock sensors when you were working on it? Are the knock sensors correctly installed?

Are you sure all of the grounds are properly connected?

Hmm... Where is it located i dont remember that i removed a cable looking like a knocksensor.

I can take pictures just tell me where to snap it
Ground seems fine the ones that are.under the plastic where the coils are.
