Biggest issue I find is using aftermarket 'C' clips holding the axles in. The profile of the clips are often too rounded and don't hold in the transmission when loaded sideways like when turning.

It also helps to use axle grease to “glue” the circlip in a centered way on the axle so it is getting squeezed equally when pushed in.

I need a pic to describe thst better, methinks

It helps to blow compressed air inside the diff satellite to get dirt and rust out. Greased axle goes in much easier then.

I did that, also removed the knuckle so it was easier to get the axle lined up.
it went in a lot easier than it came out.
