I have my own sinking sidewalk where it meets the house slab at a door. It is becoming an obstacle for my wife's walker. I don't have a plan yet. But this thread may provide ideas.

I had been looking at a 1989 Ford F700 dump truck for sale locally. A bit over priced for me, but it would be useful occasionally.
I stopped considering it when I realized with 27000 GVWR, it would require a CDL license and all that would require.
If it had been 26000 GVWR, a standard license would be good.
It had dump bed, dodgy tires, 5 speed transmission and 2 speed rear axle.
I could load it with bamboo and just raise the bed to dump it out.

Just normal rust. It is V8 gasser, but smaller engine than pickup I have.
I would likely not drive more than 100 miles a year.
