Im looking for help with this issue. My vehicle has a new battery, im getting the correct voltage at the alternator and I know the fuel pump is working. When i try to start it doesnt have lights, no click, zero. I have to jump start it to get it started and it runs fine! Last week my uncle said to drive it around for a while. I didn't know it won't charge the battery while idle. I did get it to restart this way after driving around, but it's been a week since I drove it, and it's doing this all over again. I'm newish to 240's.

Clean and tighten both battery cables. Maybe check both ends of the cables are clean and tight.
These connects may not have been serviced in decades.

It almost sounds as though something is draining the battery while the car is at rest. Aftermarket radio? Alarm? Trailer plug wiring?
Get the battery charged up to the point the car will start OK. Then disconnect the negative battery terminal and see if it will hold a charge for a few days.

Check the grounds. I can't recall on this model, but there used to be a ground to the frame from the engine under the car that liked to corrode and fall off.
