Headlight Wiper Problems

I have a '98 V70 XC with power wiper blades on the headlights. The passenger side blade no longer moves. Once the "squirters" are used the moter continues to run until I manually move the blade back and forth a couple of times - then the motor stops.

First question is if there are any repair suggestions. Second question would be any ideas about disconnecting this motor. It doesn't seem to have its own fuse.
