That's a fine tune for an engine that can handle it...but the car would have to have a solid state "0" to begin with (meaning that all hoses, sensor, etc. are up to basically "new" condition). In the case of anything over stage-1, I would change out the turbo hoses with silicone as well as vacuum hoses and beef up the suspension with bigger sway bars and endlinks and brakes as well as consider a bigger intercooler with better cooling properties.
